Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Amaya by Maya, I am committed to providing high-quality astrology readings, coaching, energy healing, and digital products. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies for each type of service or product to understand your options.
1. Astrology Readings
- Refunds for business astrology readings are permitted only if the session is canceled within 24 hours of booking. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- You may reschedule your session up to two times at no additional cost, provided you notify me at least 72 hours before our scheduled 60-minute personalized session.
If rescheduling requests are made with less than 72 hours’ notice or exceed the two allowed reschedules, additional fees may apply.
2. Money & Abundance Coaching (4-Month Program)
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you find that the program isn’t meeting your expectations, I offer a money-back.
- Submit a refund request within 30 days of the program start date.
- Provide evidence of active participation, including:
- Attending and actively participating in the first 4 weekly sessions.
- Completing all assigned tasks (e.g., journaling, meditations, self-discovery exercises).
- Demonstrating engagement with the provided tools and strategies.
3. Energy Healing & Somatic Release Sessions
- Refunds are permitted only if the session is canceled within 24 hours of booking. After this period, all sales are final.
- You may reschedule your session up to two times at no additional cost, provided you notify me at least 72 hours before our scheduled session.

4. Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Recorded Content, etc.)
- Refunds are allowed within 8 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
- Access duration (lifetime or limited-time) will be specified for each product at the time of purchase.
5. Memberships & Subscriptions
- Members may cancel at any time.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time if a member cancels mid-subscription.
